Located in a small village. Excellent amenities close by including the local shop, large village green, outdoor play area, local village pub (all within a few minutes walk), stunning scenery leading to numerous beautiful walks.

Situated only 10 minutes from the historic city of Canterbury and on bus routes to beautiful coastal towns such as Whitstable, Broadstairs & Sandwich.

Howletts zoo is a few hundred metres from the bell tent (you can regularly hear the sounds from the lions, monkeys and elephants).
