Welcome to Fox Hut
The hut is incredibly cosy and consists of a king size bed, open plan kitchen and living area, spacious private garden with outdoor furniture, BBQ, fire pit and private hot tub. The hut is situated on our idyllic 3-acre site with resident pygmy goats & chickens!
House rules
✓ Sleeps a maximum of 2 people
✓ No under 21 group bookings
✓ No pets allowed
✓ Strictly no smoking inside the hut
✓ Check in from 3pm, Check out before 10am. Early check-in and a late check -out can be accommodated at an additional charge (if available).
✓ Minimum of 2-night bookings at the weekend and 3-night bookings during bank holidays.
✓ This is a quiet, rural setting and not suitable for loud groups/parties. Please be aware of this when making your booking
Booking and cancellation policy
You can view availability and pricing on Airbnb under Fox Hut, Littlebourne. Discounts will be offered for direct bookings.
We request £50 deposit to secure your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. All bookings will incur a refundable damage deposit of £50.
Peak dates go very quickly, so do book early!
The space
Fox hut caters for 2 people. An open plan living area has a king size bed, a well-equipped kitchen containing electric induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, sink (hot and cold water ), kettle, cafetiere, cooking utensils, indoor seating and dining area, flat screen TV . There is a spacious, private garden area with outdoor furniture, bbq, fire pit and spacious hot tub!
The hut has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and small sink.
Wifi available but can be limited inside the hut due to the metal surround.
With excellent amenities close by including the local shop, large village green, outdoor play area, local village pub (all within a few minutes walk), stunning scenery leading to numerous beautiful walks and cycle routes, this cabin is ideal for a year-round escape.
Situated only 10 minutes from the historic city of Canterbury and on bus routes to beautiful coastal towns such as Whitstable, Broadstairs & Sandwich.
Howletts zoo is a few hundred metres from the cabin (you can regularly hear the sounds from the lions, monkeys and elephants).
