Welcome to The Bell Tent
The tent is a very cosy 5m bell tent and consists of a solid double bed with mattress and 3 folding camp beds. There is a well-equipped outdoor covered kitchen, spacious private garden with outdoor furniture, charcoal BBQ & fire pit. The bell tent is situated on our idyllic 3-acre site with resident pygmy goats & chickens!

✓ No under 21 group bookings
✓ No pets allowed
✓ No male only group bookings
✓ Strictly no smoking inside the tent
✓ Check in from 3pm, Check out before 10am. Early check-in and a late check -out can be accommodated at an additional charge (if available).
✓ Minimum of 2-night bookings at the weekend and 3-night bookings during bank holidays.
✓ This is a quiet, rural setting and not suitable for loud groups/parties. Please be aware of this when making your booking
Booking and cancellation policy
You can view availability and pricing on Airbnb under The Bell Tent, Littlebourne. Discounts will be offered for direct bookings.
We request £50 deposit to secure your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. All bookings will incur a refundable damage deposit of £50.
Peak dates go very quickly, so do book early!
The space
The tent caters for 5 people and has a double bed with mattress and 3 folding cap beds. There is a a well-equipped outdoor covered kitchen with double gas stove, kettle, crockery, cutlery and all essentials provided. There is also access to a full size fridge freezer and charging point if required. There is a spacious, private garden area with outdoor furniture, BBQ and fire pit. Wifi also available.
Shower and toilet facilities are located in a separate unit 20m from the tent.
With excellent amenities close by including the local shop, large village green, outdoor play area, local village pub (all within a few minutes walk), stunning scenery leading to numerous beautiful walks and cycle routes, this cabin is ideal for a year-round escape.
Situated only 10 minutes from the historic city of Canterbury and on bus routes to beautiful coastal towns such as Whitstable, Broadstairs & Sandwich.
Howletts zoo is a few hundred metres from the cabin (you can regularly hear the sounds from the lions, monkeys and elephants).

Private parking for up to 2 vehicles
Please remember to bring both bedding and towels and a torch as lighting can be limited in the evening.
You are welcome to bring your own firewood or purchase it on site for £5 per bag.
If you are using the bbq, remember to bring charcoal. The bbq must be cleaned on departure.
